Golf isn't like other ball sports. It doesn't have an established playing area. It is hard to adapt to the diverse types of terrains that are found on every course. Courses generally have nine or 18 holes, regions of terrain that each contain a cup. It is the hole where you can play the ball. Every hole on a course has a teeing area to begin from, and putt greens that contain the cup. There are many standard forms of terrain between the tees and the green, including the fairway and rough (tall grass) and various hazards like water, rocks or bunkers that are filled with sand. Every hole on a course is unique with its particular layout.Golf is played to the least number of strokes per player, known as stroke play or the lowest score on the most individual holes in a round for an individual or group, referred to as match play. Stroke play is the most well-known game, particularly at elite levels.
